No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of DJ Submitted mixes, as provided herein. TheMovement.FM is under no obligation to post or use any Submission DJ’s may provide and may remove any Submission at any time at TheMovement.FM’s sole discretion.
DJ’s by submitting your mixes, you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise are responsible for all of the rights to your mix Submissions as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, upload, or submit mix Submissions.
